Nanimarquina: kilims, flowers, bold colours and embroidery
The designers of the modern Spanish carpet supplier Nanimarquina have been creative – and have brought out four new, very different collections: kilims with subtle organic patterns (Telares), carpets with expressive flowers or in flower shapes (Flora), plain-coloured dhurries (Colors) and an embroidered indoor-outdoor series (Silhouette).05.05.2020
Heymat: Designer mats with colour gradients
Rusty orange like rock formations in the morning sun, green like the forest or blue like the sea and fjords: in its new DIS collection, design floor mat supplier Heymat shows the colours of Norwegian nature. Again, this collection has been created in cooperation with the design studio Vera & Kyte (Bergen, Norway). The gentle colour gradients from soft to rich tones are intended to reflect the special light conditions at dawn. DIS is available in three sizes and, like all Heymat design mats, is made of recycled materials.05.05.2020
Ames: High-quality natural-fibre carpets from Colombia
Ames has specialised in high-quality furniture, textiles and accessories from Colombia. The natural-fibre carpet series Par Raya has been created in cooperation with the designer Sebastian Herkner and handmade in small, family-run factories under fair conditions. The striped carpets made from the fibre of the fique plant are available in three sizes and five colour combinations.
